Gift certificates can be redeemed by phone, mail or online. To redeem a gift certificate online, enter the gift certificate claim code during the checkout process. Please note that gift certificate claim codes can be used ONE time only. If your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, we will charge the remaining balance to the credit card number you supply us with during the checkout process. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase, and lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
