RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We only accept defective items for return. Please call 407-834-0464 to receive a return ID number and write it on your receipt.  Return any defective item within 20 days from the ship date with your receipt and return ID number and we will be glad to make an exchange or refund your payment. All items must be in new condition, we cannot accept garments used, worn, soiled, or altered by the consumer. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.
